Left menu > Human Resources > Employe Expenses
When you receive a report from an employee, it appears in "Pending" status until you validate or reject it.
To validate a report, follow these steps:
1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Employee Reports grid. Go to the Human Resources tab.
2. Click on Employee Expenses.
3. Click the report you want to validate.
4. Doing so opens the details of the selected report in a panel on the right.
5. In the History tab, you can view the report history by checking which actions have been carried out by date.
6. You can also send a remark to the employee. The employee will be able to read and respond to it from My Space.
7. It is possible to download the report by clicking on the download icon.
8. To reject the employee's report, click on the three-dot icon. By doing so, a submenu will appear with the Reject option.
9. To validate the report, click on the Validate Report button.
10. This opens a confirmation popup. To confirm validation, click the Confirm button.
