Left menu > Human Resources > Salaries > Salary Certificate
1. Click on Human Resources in the left-hand menu.
2. From the options displayed, select Salaries.
3. Click on the Salary Certificate tab.
4. Click on the Create an individual certificate button for the year you want to create it for.
5. In the window that appears, select the employee and the period of activity for which you want to create the individual certificate, then click Confirm.
6. The requested certificate appears on the right. In order to process it, you may be required to fill in some missing information. Click the link to complete them.
7. Once the missing information is filled in, the Edit button becomes active. Click it to process the certificate.
8. Make the modifications you consider necessary. To view the updates to the salary certificate, click on the Refresh icon.
9. Once all changes have been made, click the Validate button. You can also download the certificate from this location.
10. Close the detailed view of the certificate.
11. From the list view, you can download the certificate, delete it, and send it to the employee.
12. From the three-dot icon of the created certificate, you will have the option to reverse and download it.
13. Click on the Send to employees link to send it to the employee. At that moment, the certificate will move from the Unsent tab to the Sent tab.
14. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm if you want to send the certificate to the employee. Click Confirm.
15. If you now go to the Sent tab, you will see that the created certificate has been moved to this tab.
16. To create a replacement of the issued certificate, click on the three dots, then on the Create a replacement option.
17. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to create a corrective version of the employee’s certificate. Click Confirm.
18. To locate the issued corrective certificate, go to the Unsent tab.
19. Click on the created corrective certificate in order to process and validate it.
