How to Create a Task from Tasks Tab?
Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > My Space > Tasks
- Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Tasks screen.
- To create a new task, click the Create a Task button. Doing so opens the Create a Task window.
- Here, use the Title field to enter the task title.
- Enter a description of the task in the Description textbox.
- Select the customer for whom the task is being created using the Customer dropdown.
- Select the task deadline using the Deadline date selector.
- Use the Frequency dropdown to select the task frequency.
- Select the task assignee using the Assigned To dropdown.
- Associate any tags with the task you are creating by entering them in the Tags field.
- In case you want to mark it as a priority task, mark the Priority Task checkbox.
- To mark the task as private, mark the Private Task checkbox.
- Once the required selections are made, click the Validate Task button.
Tip
Don't forget that you can create private tasks for yourself or for a team. Only the person who created the task and the people assigned toit will be able to see it.
