How to Create a Task from Tasks Tab?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > My Space > Tasks

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Tasks screen.
  2. To create a new task, click the Create a Task button. Doing so opens the Create a Task window.
  3. Here, use the Title field to enter the task title.
  4. Enter a description of the task in the Description textbox.
  5. Select the customer for whom the task is being created using the Customer dropdown.
  6. Select the task deadline using the Deadline date selector.
  7. Use the Frequency dropdown to select the task frequency.
  8. Select the task assignee using the Assigned To dropdown.
  9. Associate any tags with the task you are creating by entering them in the Tags field.
  10. In case you want to mark it as a priority task, mark the Priority Task checkbox.
  11. To mark the task as private, mark the Private Task checkbox.
  12. Once the required selections are made, click the Validate Task button. 
     

    AstuceTip

    Don't forget that you can create private tasks for yourself or for a team. Only the person who created the task and the people assigned toit will be able to see it.
