Left Menu > My company > Preferences
In the preferences section of "My Company", you can create and edit invoice templates by following these steps:
- Click on your name. 
- Then, click on "My Company." 
- Navigate to the Preferences tab. 
- Click on "PDF Invoice Templates." 
- Start creating a new invoice template by clicking on "New Template." 
- Select a base template. 
- Click on "Logo" to customize the size and position of your company logo. 
- Click on the logo if you want to change it. If not, the logo uploaded in the "My Company Info" section will appear. 
- Adjust the size and position of the logo if desired. 
- Click on "Details." 
- Enter a name for the template. 
- You can change the font or color if you wish. 
- Click on "Fields" to customize the invoice fields. 
- Here, you can add text above or below the item table. 
- You can also enable or disable the display of certain fields on the invoice. 
- Once finished, click on "Save Template." 
- The template is now created. If you wish, you can set it as the default template by clicking the star icon. 
- Click Edit to modify the template. 
- To clone the template, click on the three dots and select "Clone." 
- Click on "Delete" to remove the template. 
You can now apply the invoice template when creating invoices.
