How to Archive and Rehire an Employee?
Left menu > Human Resources > Team
To set an end date for an employee's contract, it is necessary to "Archive" them. When doing so, a module will appear where you can enter the contract end date and the reason. In the same way, you can rehire an employee by specifying their new start date.
To Archive un employee:
1. Click on Human Resources in the left sidebar menu.
2. From the displayed options, select Team.
3. Click on the employee's row for whom you want to add a report.
4. From the employee's profile, click on Archive Employee.
5. You will be asked to enter the exit date, the notice period given, the reason, and optionally, whether compensation was granted.
6. Once the required information is completed, click on Archive Employee.
To rehire un employee:
1. Click on the Rehire Employee button.
2. In the Contract section, you will be asked to enter the new contract start date.
3. Select the date by clicking on the calendar icon.
4. Finalize by clicking on Save Changes.
