How to Access Employee Reports?

Employees of a company can generate expense reports from their employee space. See article How to view my reports.
Once the report has been submitted, it will be received in the employee expense section of Human Resources to be validated or rejected.
To access the employee expense reports follow the steps below:

  1. Upon successful login, expand the Human Resources module from the left navigation bar.
  2. From the options revealed, click Expenses Employees. Doing so takes you to the Rapports employees  grid.
  3. Here, all employee reports are listed. Information is tabulated via various columns that include Date, Employe, Nom, Reference, Total Amount, and Status.

  4. Clicking a report row opens the selected report's details in a panel on the right.
