Left menu > Sales > Clients
1. To manage your clients, click on Sales in the left-hand side menu.
2. From the options that appear, select Clients.
3. Here you will find a list of clients with information such as their email, on-time receivables, overdue receivables, whether they are connected to Sequence or not, and their status.
4. To edit a client, click on the row corresponding to the client you want to modify.
5. Once inside the client’s file, click on Edit. An external window will open with the client’s information.
6. Modify the fields as needed, then click on Confirm.
7. To delete a client, you can click on the trash icon in the client’s file.
8. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm whether you want to delete the client. Click on Confirm.
9. To return to the client list, click on the left arrow.
10. You can also delete a client from the list by clicking on the three dots icon, then selecting the Delete option.
11. To locate a specific client within the list, click on the Filter icon on the right.
12. You will be able to filter your clients by keyword, status, tag, as well as by amount of receivables, on-time receivables, and overdue receivables.
13. To clear the filters, click on Clear filters.
