Approve or Reject a Payment Order

Left-hand menu > Banking > Payment orders

To approve or reject a payment order, follow these steps:

  1. Click on “Banking”.

  2. Click on “Payment Orders”.

  4. To approve a payment order:
    1. Select the transactions you want to approve.Valider_Refuser_Ordre04
    2. To add bank fees, click on the arrow.Valider_Refuser_Ordre05
    3. Click “Validate with Bank Fees.”Valider_Refuser_Ordre06
    4. Enter the fee amount and the accounting account.Valider_Refuser_Ordre07
    5. Enter the fee amount and the accounting account.

    7. Once done, click “Validate.”

    8. If you want to reverse the validation, click the three dots and select “Reverse” from the menu.Valider_Refuser_Ordre10

  6. To reject one or more transactions:
    1. Select the pending transactions. Click “Reject.”

    2. The transactions will be marked as rejected, and you can select them again later to create another payment order.
