How to Validate an Employee Report?
Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Human Resources > Employe Expenses
When you receive a report from an employee, it appears in "Pending" status until you validate or reject it.
To validate a report you can do it by validating all the expenses of that report or by validating the report or by following these steps:
- Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Employee Reports grid.
- Click the report you want to validate. Doing so opens the details of the selected report in a panel on the right.
- Click the Validated the report button. This opens a confirmation popup.
- To confirm validation, click the Confirm button.
