How to Reverse a Customer Quote?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Sales > Quotes

If you have validated or rejected a budget and want to revert it to the "on hold" status, you can do so with the Reverse option.
  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Customer Budget grid.
  2. A quote for which the status is Validated or Refused, click the three-dot icon.
  3. From the options revealed, click Reverse.
