How to Reject a Transaction?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Banking > Accounts > Select Account

Transactions that are not to be reconciled can be rejected. They are then moved from the list of pending transactions to the list of rejected transactions and can be retrieved later if required.

To reject a transaction, follow the steps below:

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Transactions grid.
  2. For a transaction you want to reject, click the three-dot icon.
  3. From the options revealed, click Reject. Doing so opens a confirmation popup.
  4. To confirm rejection, click the Confirm button.
