Left menu > Human Resources > Swissdec Transmission
1. Click on Human Resources in the left-hand side menu.
2. From the displayed options, select Swissdec Transmission.
3. In the Swissdec Transmission section, you can carry out your annual and monthly electronic transmissions via Swissdec. Click on Insurances and Annual Salary Certificate.
4. Click on Send to perform your first submission of Insurances and Annual Salary Certificate. You can also send a test.
5. Select the year to send.
6. Select the insurances to send, as well as the Salary Certificate.
7. Click on Send to confirm the submission. If you chose to perform a test submission, click on Send test.
8. The submission you made will appear in a list showing the date and time of submission, the declaration ID, the month and AVS person tags, as well as the status of the transmission.
9. Click on the line of the submission to view the details of the ongoing transmission process on the right.
10. If you click on the Update Status button, the statuses of each submission included in this transmission will be displayed.
11. You can expand each submission included in the transmission to view the details of what was sent and its current status.
12. You can click on View Result to get an updated status of the transmission for each sent item.
13. When the transmission is successfully completed, the result will be displayed in green with the words Transmission successful.
14. You can also get a successful transmission with details for each employee included in the submission.
15. You may also receive a successful transmission with a confirmation of corrected Withholding Tax and details per employee.
16. As long as the transmission is in progress, it will be indicated as Processing. You will need to click the View Result button to follow status updates.
17. It may happen that the transmission is incomplete. In this case, you must click on View Result to get an update on the transmission status.
18. When a transmission error cannot be corrected, the message Transmission Error will appear along with a dropdown menu listing the errors. You will need to repeat the transmission.
19. In case of a Server Error during transmission, you must click on View Result to follow the status updates of the transmission.
20. It may also happen that the transmission is not supported. In this case, the submission will need to be repeated.
21. Finally, Swissdec may request additional information via a dialog box. This dialog will appear framed by a gray line, where you can view the questions from Swissdec and your responses.
22. To update the status of the dialog, click on View Result or Update dialog status. When no further information is needed, the transmission result will be displayed.
