Left menu> Human Resources > Salaries
1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to reach the Accounting and Payroll table. Click on Human Resources.
2. Click on Salaries.
3. Click on the month for which you want to process the payslips.
4. Click on the three-dot icon for the employee whose payslip you want to process.
5. Click on Complete and Validate.
6. At the top of the payslip, you have three settings that you can enable.
The three settings are:
- Whether you want to retain the data for the next salaries.
- Whether you want to replace net salary with final balance in the payslip.
- Whether you want the vacation deduction to be active.
7. If any data is missing for the employee, company, or workplace, you will be prompted to provide it.
8. If any data related to a new contract is missing, you will be asked to provide it
9. Fill in the corresponding salary fields, including compensations, deductions, or applicable social charges.
You can also add a comment.
10. You have the option to pre-validate the salary.
Pre-validation indicates that a payslip has been reviewed without generating accounting entries.
11. You can also save it as a draft to retrieve it later
12. If all the data is correct, click on Validate Salary.
