How to Manage Mandates?

  1. Upon successful login, click your username displayed on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. From the options revealed, click Manage Mandates. Doing so takes you to the Agent Management screen.
  3. Here, the mandates in the pending state are displayed in the Agents section whereas the accepted mandates are displayed in the My Mandates section.
  4. Clicking a mandate from the Agents section opens the Modifying the mandate popup where you can edit the Mandate start date and Mandate period.
  5. Once the required changes are made, click the Modify the mandate button.
  6. Clicking a mandate from the My Mandates section opens the Mandate details popup where the details of the selected mandate are displayed in a read-only view.
