How to Manage Mandates?
- Upon successful login, click your username displayed on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- From the options revealed, click Manage Mandates. Doing so takes you to the Agent Management screen.
- Here, the mandates in the pending state are displayed in the Agents section whereas the accepted mandates are displayed in the My Mandates section.
- Clicking a mandate from the Agents section opens the Modifying the mandate popup where you can edit the Mandate start date and Mandate period.
- Once the required changes are made, click the Modify the mandate button.
- Clicking a mandate from the My Mandates section opens the Mandate details popup where the details of the selected mandate are displayed in a read-only view.
