How to Create a New Service?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Sales > Benefits

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the My Services grid.
2. Click the New Service or Product button. This opens the New Service or product popup.
3. From the Prestations (Services) tab, enter the name of the service in the Surname field.
4. Use the Hourly Rate field to record the hourly rate for the service.
5. Select units from the Units dropdown.
6. In case the service is not invoiceable, unmark the Invoiceable checkbox.
7. Select the category from the Category dropdown.
8. Once the required selections are made, click the Confirmer button.
