How to configure your company's salary certificate?
Left menu > Human Resources > Company > Salary Certificate
In Switzerland, the salary certificate is an official document provided by the employer to employees at the end of the fiscal year. It summarizes the gross income received, mandatory social contributions, tax deductions, as well as other possible benefits such as allowances and special payments.
Configure your company's salary certificate in Sequence. Later, you will be able to distinguish employees who adhere to the conditions defined by the company from those who have specific conditions.
1. To configure Your Company's Salary Certificate, go to Human Resources
2. Click on Company
3. Select Salary Certificate
4. Choose the option that corresponds to your company in terms of transport, meals, professional vehicle, and expense reimbursement policy.
5. If necessary, complete with other additional salary benefits and remarks.
6. If available, enter the contact details of the person responsible for payroll.
7. Finally, click Save.
