How to Archive an Employee?
Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Human Resources > Team
- Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Employees grid.
- Click the employee row of the employee you want to add a report for.
- From the employee profile, click the three-dot icon. This reveals a number of options.
- Select Archive the employee. Doing so opens the Edit employee popup.
- Select the exit date from the Exit Date calendar.
- Select the notice period from the Notice Period date selector.
- In case there is an allowance involved, enter the amount in the Allowance field.
- Once the required details are filled, click the Archive the employee button.
