How to Archive an Employee?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Human Resources > Team

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Employees grid.
  2. Click the employee row of the employee you want to add a report for.
  3. From the employee profile, click the three-dot icon. This reveals a number of options.
  4. Select Archive the employee. Doing so opens the Edit employee popup.
  5. Select the exit date from the Exit Date calendar.
  6. Select the notice period from the Notice Period date selector.
  7. In case there is an allowance involved, enter the amount in the Allowance field.
  8. Once the required details are filled, click the Archive the employee button.
