How to add public holidays to your company's workplaces
Left menu > Human Resources > Company
Discover how to efficiently add public holidays to your company's workplaces
1. Click on Human Resources in the left-hand menu.
2. From the displayed options, select Company.
3. From the available tabs, select Workplaces.
4. Click on Import public holidays in the card of the workplace for which you want to add them.
5. Select the year for which you want to import the public holidays. The canton is preselected and locked by default.
6. Sequence will display a list of the public holidays registered for that year and canton. Select the ones you wish to keep.
7. If you wish, you can click on Add another public holiday to include days not listed.
8. You will need to enter the name and the date of this public holiday.
9.To finish, click on Confirm.
10. If you want to make changes to the public holidays you have added, click on Manage public holidays.
11. The same modal window will open, and you will be able to deselect, select, or add public holidays to your list.
