how to add a new solution for an insurer in the salary policy ?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Human Resources > Salary Policy

Solutions are sub-groups to classify employees with the same code within groups in some insurers. You can create as many solutions as you need and then assign them to the corresponding employee when creating a new employee.

To add a new solution, please follow these steps :

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Salary Policy grid.
  2. Here, some insurers require a solution to be created. A solution comes as a sub-group of the insurer.
  3. Click the Modify button. Doing so makes the fields editable.
  4. Click the New solution button. This adds a new solution section with the respective fields.
  5. Fill in the required information using the fields and click the Register button.
