how to add a new solution for an insurer in the salary policy ?

Left menu > Human Resources > Salary Policy

Solutions are sub-groups to classify employees with the same code within groups in some insurers. You can create as many solutions as you need and then assign them to the corresponding employee when creating a new employee.

 

1. To add a new solution, please follow these steps. Click on Human Resources.

2. Open the Salary Policy tab.

3. Here, some insurers require a solution to be created. A solution comes as a sub-group of the insurer.

4. First, you must create a group within each salary policy and, within that group, add the corresponding solutions for LAA, LAAC, IJM, CCT, and LPP.

5. Once you have created the group, complete the solution's data.

6. You can add more solutions for this group by clicking on the New Solution button.

7. Fill in the required information using the fields and click on the Save Changes button.
