How to Add a Mandate?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Username > Manage Mandates

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Agent Management screen.
  2. Click the Add a mandate button. Doing so opens the Add a mandate popup.
  3. Here, select the agent for the mandate using the Select an agent dropdown.
  4. Choose the start date of the mandate using the Mandate start date calendar.
  5. Select the period for the mandate using the Mandate period dropdown.
  6. Once the required selections are made, click the Add mandate button.
