How to Add a Customer Account?

Sequence > Left Navigation Bar > Username > Customer Accounts

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Comptes clients screen.
  2. Click the Nouveau compte (New Account) button. Doing so opens a popup.
  3. Here, enter the first name in the Prénom field.
  4. Use the Nom field to enter the last name.
  5. Select the activity area from the Secteur d'activité dropdown.
  6. Enter the name of the company in the Company field.
  7. Select the currency from the Currency dropdown.
  8. Enter the IDE number in the IDE Number field.
  9. In case you want to include the TVA number, enable the J'ai un numero de TVA toggle. This reveals the TVA number field with the number auto-populated and displayed in a read-only view.
  10. Enter the email address of the company account in the Email field.
  11. Once the required information is filled, click the Continuer button. Doing so takes you to the subscriptions screen.
  12. To edit access for the customer account, click the Edit button. This allows you to configure access for the required modules of sequence by enabling the corresponding toggle buttons.
  13. Once the selections are made, click the Edit button. This takes you to the Configurations of the fiscal year screen. 
  14. Here, make the selections for Beginning of the first accounting year and End of the first accounting year from the corresponding date selectors.
  15. Use the radio buttons under the Select count mode and Select count method to make the required selections.
  16. Once the required selections are made, click the Terminer button.
