How to declare your company's withholding tax ?

Discover how to declare your company's withholding tax by following these detailed instructions. When you deduct withholding tax from the payments you make (salary, pension, retirement, capital, etc.) using a collection scale, you are the debtor of the taxable benefit (DPI). In this section, you can enter the various DPI numbers of your company.

 

1. To reach the Withholding Tax screen, click on Human Resources.

2. Among the displayed options, click on Company.

3. You access the Withholding Tax screen, where your DPI codes are listed along with the canton, workplace, and accounting entity.

The DPI number is your number as a withholding tax debtor.

4. To add a new DPI number, click on the Add a DPI number button.

5. Fill in the required fields: canton, DPI number, workplace, and optionally, the accounting entity.

The accounting entity allows distinguishing between two different workplaces with the same IS identification number.

6. To complete the addition of the DPI number, click on Save.

7. Clicking on the filter icon reveals the available filters, allowing you to filter the grid data based on a specific keyword, Canton, DPI number, workplace, and accounting entity.

8. To remove the filters, click on Clear Filters.

9. Clicking on the three-dot icon of a withholding tax row opens several options, allowing you to edit or delete the record.
