How to Access Payments Received?

  1. Upon successful login, expand the Sales module from the left navigation bar.
  2. From the options revealed, click Payments Received. This takes you to the Payments Received grid.
  3. Here, all received payments are tabulated via various columns that include Date of receipt, Payment, Customer, Mode, and Amount.
  4. Clicking a payment row opens the details of the received payment in a panel on the right.

  5. Clicking the filter icon reveals the available filters.
  6. Using these filters, you can filter grid data based on a specific keyword, customer, mode, or date.

  7. To delete a payment, click the three-dot icon from the respective row.
  8. From the options revealed, click Delete. This opens a confirmation popup.
  9. To confirm, click the Confirm button.
