Once you have logged in successfully, expand the My space section from the left navigation bar.
From the options revealed, click Expenses. Doing so takes you to the Expenses screen.
Here, all expenses are listed. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Date, Reference, Category, Vendor, Montant, Report, and Status.
Clicking a column heading sorts the grid data on the basis of that column in ascending order. Clicking it again sorts the grid data in descending order.
Clicking the reference number for an expense opens the details for that expense in a panel on the right.
You can also view the expense report from the expense detail panel by clicking the hyperlink under the Report heading.
