How to Access and filter Expenses?
Left menu > My space > Expenses
1. Click on My Space in the left-hand side menu.

2. From the revealed options, click on Expenses.

3. Here, all expenses are listed. The data is organized into various columns including Date, Reference, Category, Vendor, Amount, Report, and Status.

4. Clicking on a column header sorts the table data by that column in ascending order. Clicking again sorts the table data in descending order.
5. Clicking on an expense reference number opens the details of that expense in a panel on the right.

6. To view the details of an expense, click on the corresponding row.
7. You can also view the expense report from the expense detail panel by clicking on the hyperlink under the Report header.

8. To locate a specific expense, use the search bar and the filters located above the table. You can filter by date, vendor, report, and status.

9. To remove the filters, click on the “X” icon.
