How to Access Absences?

  1. Upon successful login, expand the My Space section from the left navigation bar.
  2. From the options revealed, click Absences. Doing so takes you to the Absences screen.
  3. Here, data for requested absences is tabulated via various columns that include Date, Type of Absence, Date Requested, Status, and Balance On.

  4. Clicking an absence row opens the Update absence popup where the details of the selected absence are displayed. If you have selected an absence for which the status is validated, the details are displayed in read-only view.
  5. To switch to the calendar view, click the icon.
