Analytical Accounting
Analytical accounting functions as an internal tool to understand the profitability of different projects.
It is not regulated and can be customized for each company to obtain the necessary details for internal decision-making.
How to create an analytical plan and account in Sequence :
- Click on "Accounting."
- Then, click on "Analytical Accounting."
- If it is not enabled, activate the display of analytical accounting in document creation.
- Click on "New Account."
- Enter a name for the account.
- Select an analytical plan. (Plans are used to group analytical accounts of the same type.)
- If no plan matches, you can add a new one
- Enter a name for the plan.
- Select a parent category to group the plan under another plan.
- Choose a color.
- Click on "Confirm."

- Now, let's apply the analytical account to an item in a sales invoice.
- Click on "Invoices."
- Click on "Create Invoice."
- In the item line, click on Analytical Accounting.
- In the "Travel" plan, click on "Restaurants."
- If you want to apply different percentages to the item, click on "Create a new line."
- You can delete a line if it was created by mistake.
- To create the invoice, click on "Generate without sending."
- Click on "Analytical Accounting."
- Click on "Accounting."
- Cliquez sur "Comptabilité analytique".
- Vous pouvez voir dans la ligne correspondante les revenus ajoutés à votre compte analytique.
